I just got accepted to CU and am majoring in the arts and sciences. I always planned on living in Farrand, but two girls that went to my school last year that now go to CU both say that although most freshman automatically pick farrand based on beauty and location, Sewall is actually better located and nicer. Apparently it's closer to the hill, rec center, and library. Which RAP is better? I know both are for Arts and Science students but Farrand's program seemed to have more options.

Hey… I was a freshman last year. I was in Baker, and loved it, but between farrand and sewall, not sure. Sewall is nice and extra close to classes, but farrand is right alongside the other freshman, so its fun to hang out around there. Plus you got the Epo close by… a late night snack place, and the best dining hall is nearby. So I’d say if you were looking for something quiet and calm, go for sewall, and if you’re looking for social life and food as close as possible, farrand. :)
