As far as brand spankin new songs go, I agree with Ragnarok that "When I'm Gone" by Eminem is tight. I usually go for more underground stuff or classics. UG: "Broken" by Lojique. Classic: "Changes" by Tupac.

the entire Blackwater Park album by Opeth is probably my favorite

as of right now im listening to more metalcore, Misery Signals the foremost of the group

My favorite song is "Pi."
Ok, actually it's not but it is top 10.

My favorite song is "Windy" by the Association.
I like pretty much everything by Cat Stevens, the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, The Four Tops, Queen, Joni Michell, Neil Young, Bobby Dylan, Tom Petty, and the Rolling Stones.
I also like bad 80's music.

which reminds me, can anyone from mit or the boston area speak on how the underground metal/metalcore scene is there? im assuming its good but i really have no clue

Powerman 5000 is an example of Boston metal/rock that was fairly successful. (I like their style)

Mmmmmmm Metal...yum.

taimaishu...
"Aiim guoooing tu duuu a leeto fleeestyo fo yuuu"

Hail and Kill by Manowar; the ****ing pixies came from boston

Nas- One Mic, first great rap song since Tupac's non-underground stuff in my opinion.

"V Lesu Rodilas' Elochka"-'A Christmas Tree Was Born In Woods'
A traditional Russian New-Year's song

idk apparently converge came from boston. though from you saying you like manowar, im pretty sure you dont listen to them..

Is the "Pi" song referencing the one by Hard n' Phirm? I went on itunes and there are so many songs with the name Pi, and some are really funny, like the one by Nanochrist, and perhaps the one by P.ENIS FLY TRAP is funny if it's more than an instrumental. Funny stuff though, either way.

"Careless Whispers" by George Michael... :)
