Fax My Mid-Year School Report?

<p>As I come from Eastern Europe and have already spent almost $2000 on courier services in order to send my application docs and forms to admission offices /I had to apply off-line/, so I wondered... Would it be possible to just fax my Mid-Year School Report to the colleges I'm applying to?</p>
