Mid-Year Report Fax?

<p>Hey there
I have one short question:
Does anybody know, whether Stanford needs to have the Mid-Year Report sent by mail or would it be sufficent to have it faxed?
As I am from Germany, faxing is a lot cheaper than mailing.</p>
