so i just started an fbla chapter in my school, and I want to know more about qualifying for nationals. The club adviser knows nothing about it, and I tried to search for tennessee FBLA, with no results. Do any of you know the procedures for going to nationals? I know there's state, but I can't find any info on tennessee state! Thanks guys!

first you have to sign your school up for a regional competition which has already occured in november in my state...idk if ur state competition is over yet...but the deadline to apply for ur state competition might have passed...you can still compete at state for certain topics without placing at regionals (business ethics, help desk, etc etc). However, you MUST place at states to compete at natioanls. so i am most probably positive that you have to wait till next year to sign up for regionals. FBLA IS A GREAT CLUB SO PROPS TO YOU FOR STARTING IT AT YOUR SCHOOL!!!!!

I was in FBLA this year but too bad I missed the state competition, my topic was business calculation. Few weeks ago I received a membership card and that's basically it. I regretted I didn't put time and effort on it so I didn't do anything real meaningful. But I would try to be as active as I can next year.
