February 2015 ACT Curve Predictions

Lemme predict myself real quick.

English: -5 (33)
Math: -0/-1/-2 because I’m dumb at times. (34-36)
Reading: -0/-1/-2 (34-36)
Science: -1/-2 (33-34)
Composite: 33.5-34.75

prayin’ to ACT gods for that clutch 34 tho

Are the Sunday tests different?

@andre3200 Im pretty sure they’re the same

@debatejunkie‌ the reason I’m asking is because @HippoTeef‌ was talking about momentum collision principles and I don’t remember about that from Saturday.

You most likely used it without realizing it or forgot you did @Andre3200‌

Maybe, anyway these posts might be deleted because we talked about the questions

@hellomate123 Praying 2 wrong in math is a 35 and not a 34, that would give me a 34 Composite instead of 33. PLEASE ACT GODS!!!

How many questions do you think could be missed as leeway in each section to still get a 36?

I thought the English and reading were a lot harder than usual considering the subject matter of each of the passages, while math seemed about the same with a few tough questions that I had no idea. Science was definitely easier especially because the passages were a lot shorter than in the past.

@ayraify‌ Most likely you can miss .5 in each category or 2 total to get a composite of 36, but there may be some generous curves which allow you to miss a question and get a 36 in the category allowing for 3-4 total questions missed and a composite of 36.

I wish they would post the curves earlier… The wait is brutal.

@HippoTeef‌ I think the sunday test was different, because the Sunday test did not include a compound interest problem

You’re right; it didn’t have an interest problem.

Can anyone predict my scores?
E (-1)
M(-12)
R(-0)
S(-1)

I thought the English and Reading were the toughest and those are normally my highest score so I’m slightly worried. Math and science was fine, not as hard as expected. The writing was good, at least I think I did better on this easy the the last time I took it. I’m hoping for higher than a 26 which is what I got last time but who knows, anything can happen!

3 hours get pumped!

@hellomate123 12 midnight central time, so it would be 4 hours

I think science was
-1 34
-2 33
I have not seen anyone with a 35

What was a 34 on reading?

What was a 32 for math?
