<p>I recieved both Federal Perkins Loan-NH and Federal Direct Loan Sub-NH. So i gladly accpeted them but i’m required to do a lot of things :o like “entrance interview” “supplemental loan info” “pekins promissory note” etc. and i have to satisfy them 
well does anyone know when this is due by? (mailed in by) and such before I loose them? I’m in a different country right now and i’m freaking out so any input will be nice! thanks</p>

<p>IamJ00 said it perfectly. You can do the entrance interview and complete the MPN online. They ask you a series of questions based on a certain topic. You simply read the bulletin points and paragraphs and answer the questions.</p>
<p>what about the Perkins Promissory Note & PERK Undergrad Perkins Loan Truth in Lending Statement?
they both say this:
" Undergraduate students can drop off documents in the Financial Aid Drop Box located to the left of the front entrance of Dutton Hall, or bring them or mail them to the Financial Aid Office during business hours"</p>
