<p>Are students allowed to submit their fee waiver form (NACAC) after the January 1st Deadline? I can't get in touch with my counselor till school starts, which starts on the 10th (really late I know).</p>
<p>No, because your college application isn’t considered submitted until all the pieces are complete, including the fee. Fee waivers and processing of those are discussed in other threads; generally the fee waiver details should be worked out way before the application deadline.</p>
