fee waiver and common app

<p>I have a question regarding using a fee waiver with schools using the common application, in particulur HYP.</p>

<p>I read that for those schools, you have to either do the whole applicaiton online or by paper. If I am using the fee waiver, would I have to fill out the application by hand and send it in along with the fee waiver, or can I fill out the application online and mail in the fee waiver seperately? </p>
