fee waiver and worst office ever!!

So...i think the WashU admissions office has to be the worst office ever to respond to phone calls. I must've called up the office like 5 times to ask a simple question about fee waivers and every time i get patched to an admissions offiicer's answering machine. AND THEY NEVER RETURN MY CALLS. I asked the ppl who work at the office my question and they dont even know the answer!! they insist on transfering me to an admissions officer...which really ****es me off cuz i know how busy they are. i feel like getting the run around. did anyone experience this besides me?

anyway, i couldnt find the specifics to this on the website. Does the fee waiver has to be from the collegeboard or can the counselor write one for me?

Thank you for your help

counselors can write you fee waivers

The WashU office has been the nicest and most prompt (along with Wesleyan) for me so far, but then again, I did call and ask my questions before Christmas and the application rush.

Agree with 182.
Maybe you should email them. THey will get your email back very soon... They are nice.

Same here...the WashU people I've spoken to were so kind and polite; and really lenient, they told me not to worry about anything;

like...they accept an essay of any length--they allow you to fax a printout from the Collegeboard website and send the official report later, and everything. I love them.
