Can an International student get a fee waiver for application? If so , How???

Sure. There is a part in your common app about it: Common App Fee Waiver.

When you request the fee waiver, your counselor has to write something to prove your eligibility.

I’m sure you’ll find more about it in common app’s Help…

Note: If you are not applying for aid, it is not very logical to waive the fee!

I have no counselor. What should I do?

No idea! Check with common app’s help…

Whosoever is doing your international supplement and counselor recommendation, that is the person who should do it. Whether it is your principal, dean, guidance counselor or whoever, that is the person… If you still have none of those persons, call the school and talk to one of the international admissions officers. Their info will be most accurate.
