<p>ok, so i applied to csu chico and cal poly and was expecting to get a fee waiver but got denied. It turns out that i filled out the info wrong. i was then told to call each campus individually and they said to fill out the paper fee waiver and send it to the school.</p>
<p>my question is, if i send the paper requests, they will not arrive until after i submit my applications, so do i have to pay the moment i submit my application or will they accept late payment if i still don't qualify.</p>
