I'm applying to UGA and was wondering if I were to send in a fee waiver tomorrow, is 11 days a reasonable amount of time for it to make it in? (Deadline is Jan. 15) I might just go ahead and pay the application fee instead of risking it and waiting for the waiver to get in on time.

It’s no problem if the waiver arrives late. I sent mine to Harvard a few days after the deadline because the post office was closed, and it was alright.
And the same will happen with the others I send. The post offices are out of stamps so I couldn’t send them by the deadline
