Fee waivers?

<p>I got a packet in the mail yesterday from an organization called Expanding College Opportunities. It has 8 application fee waivers that are redeemable at about 150 colleges. I researched the project, and it's definitely legit. It's an amazingly generous offer, but being the proactive student that I am, I've already submitted the payments and applications for all the schools I was planning on applying to...and who says procrastination doesn't pay off? Has anyone else gotten this/know why it isn't sent a little earlier in the school year?</p>
