Fee Waivers

Hello!

So I read on WashU’s website that families making less than 75k are eligible for fee waivers, which is why I’m able to apply to WashU. The website said I just needed to mark on the CommonApp that I was eligible for a waiver. However, I’m not eligible based on CommonApp standards, and on the WashU application, it only asks if you have attended a WashU program and are therefore eligible for a fee waiver. There’s no section to indicate I’m eligible based on income requirements specific to the university. Can anyone help me out? I would love to submit my application, but it isn’t financially feasible without the waiver.

I think you should contact the WashU admissions officers first and ask them about what to do in your situation. They’ll probably have a better answer as to what to do.
