Feedback for my essay about how I came to appreciate learning? please

<p>I will only be applying to public state schools, so 09ers are free to read. It's basically about how dumb I used to be and how I wised up eventually. I just need a little bit of editing, feedback, suggestions, etc. </p>

<p>I think it's pretty good. It may not be excellent, but I wrote it truthfully in hopes that the admissions officer would understand where I'm coming from and how devoted I am to learning.</p>
