One of the older dorms at my school had rooms that became suites, but originally had a larger bedroom, for the student, a common area/living room and then a smaller bedroom for the student’s “attendant”. Well of course those days are long gone, and now these rooms are for 4 students: One in the bigger private room, 2 in the common area and one in the small private bedroom (with window onto the dorm hallway).
