<p>Way to have excuses: my internet connection died 30 minutes before deadline. I had to find my uncle’s laptop to logon, and commonapp.org crashed. In the end, my Amherst supp and common app went in 5-10 minutes late and it says 1/2 submitted.</p>

<p>Keep trying to get the other half through (I assume that it's the supplement) and keep your fingers crossed that they accept it. (They probably will, if only because the adcoms want as many applicants as possible to post on their statistics lists....)</p>
<p>I assume "1/2 submitted" refers to the date, so the whole thing went in. If so, I suggest you just send an email explaining the technical problem, but try to sound matter-of-fact, not hysterical :) I'm sure it will be fine.</p>
<p>Actually I faced the same prob with Trinity (supplement). I had submitted the main one already. I gave up with the supplement because it was past midnight but I guess I did a wrong thing come today.
