Few Questions, incoming student

Hey guys, I’m super excited to be a Bruin! I’ve been lurking a while and decided to make an account today.

I was wondering if any admitted or current students could answer this question: on myUCLA, my HS transcript is received but it has a comment saying it is “under review and * will be contacted if additional info is required”. It’s been like this for over a month, should I be worried or is everyone’s still like this? And if so, does anyone know when this goes away? Or does this just mean my transcript hasn’t been reviewed yet. I maintained my GPA & completed all reported courses so there’s no problems there.

If you completed everything you needed to then I wouldn’t worry too much, incoming classes are getting larger and larger and I’m sure admissions is quite busy verifying everyone’s transcripts. Have you signed up for an orientation?

yeah, it’s in late august

We still have a few weeks to go until late August, I’d imagine it’ll take care of itself and would be processed by then. For now just try to enjoy your summer and don’t think too much about school/academics.
