Same here

A transcript has been received . Undergraduate Admissions is currently in the process of reviewing these records. If any additional information is required, they will contact you.

Its been a month since this message first appeared.

they update it when they need to I guess. the trend for first years so far is to process scores and grades in order to orientation date. thats why all the 101’s have their AP scores and bruin card updates already.

But what if they decide to rescind us…i know this sounds dumb but it’ll give me some peace to know that everything is in order…

actually, i was a 101 and didn’t have my senior ap scores, so thanks alot collegeboard, because that kept me out of math and english classes

oh well, first fall quarter, doesn’t matter TOO much what i’m taking but good riddance to collegeboard

Do they ever update it past the initial “received transcripts and in the process of reviewing them?” I thought once they received the transcripts it was inferred that they would finish when they finished and that was that, it was out of our hands? What would they update it to?

Has anyone’s message changed?

that’s actually a blessing in disguise if you’re pre-med and you signed up for math 3a or 31a and eng comp 3 because otherwise you might have been blocked out of these easier classes, especially if you excelled in those ap course counterparts

on second thought cb did mess you up because ucla would just not grant you credit for the repeat courses if you ended up getting credit for them

i just chose two GE classes instead

i got 5s on the stuff in question so i’ll just continue in math and english next quarter or whenever, not a big deal i guess

D called Collegeboard and got her AP scores and took them to session 101 because she didn’t have them. Her counselor took her at her word so she didn’t have trouble signing up for math and chem. So if you don’t have AP’s posted and are going to orientation next week, take a copy of your AP report and a copy of your final transcript if you have it. You may or may not use them but at least your prepared.
