Film Production at Emory?

Hi, I guess this is a question for current Emory students-
I'm a prospective student at Oxford, and I realize that the "Film studies" major at Emory doesn't have a production aspect. But I was wondering if the Art History/Visual Arts major has film production, not just theory. Also, would there be opportunities for non-majors to take film production classes if they're not offered?

Thanks!

I think there is photography in visual arts, but I don’t know about film. The film studies department just started a class or program or something like that for directing film I think. But I’m not completely sure. You should send the film studies director of undergraduate studies an email. That’s what they’re there for.

Film studies has two narrative filmmaking classes, so you’re actually directing things.

The visual arts major has no film aspects.

There are screenwriting, documentary filmmaking, narrative filmmaking classes being offered spring semester alone. What production aspect are you looking at specifically?
