Fin Aid Help...

<p>OK so i finally got my fin aid :) yay! but i'm confused about... lol i understand my scholarships and grants... and they're the following (for 09-10) year...
Fall 09- Terry 7,000 Pell 2650 State top 10-2000 Total 11,650
Spring 10- Terry 7,000 Pell 2,650 federal acad. grant 375 Total 10,025</p>

<p>Now the obviously the two are different, so what does this mean, does this mean that my second sememster will be less, or is this just how much they're giving me, and if thats true why isnt there a loan or some other thing to make up for the difference in the 2 semester?</p>

<p>The remainder is likely your expected contribution. UT doesn’t guarantee that they meet all of your financial need, so you need to fill the difference.</p>

<p>Tuition is only going to be about $4200 a semester, and housing less than $4000, so you will be fine with $10,025 if you’re frugal enough.</p>

<p>The Texas Top 10% is a fall-only scholarship. It looks like they tried to help with the difference by offering the ACG in the spring.</p>
