Has anyone ever had their need fully met at ut austin or know anyone who has?

Are you instate with a very, very low EFC? If so, then much of your need will probably get met.

If you do the net price calculator on the UT website (UT gives it another name), then you’ll get an estimate of your aid.

If you’re OOS then, no.

If you’re instate, but have an EFC beyond Pell and Texas grants, you may not get need met.

I see that you’re the same student who asked this earlier with a 0 EFC. I gave you the NPC estimate.

Then you mentioned a $5k scholarship. I don’t know if UT will remove loans…or if they’ll reduce grants by the same amount.

Yeah I know thanks for the info from earlier, but I just wanted to see if there is a small slither of hope that anyone has actually had need fully met because I heard that UT is stingy with their FinAid money.

For those who have EFCs beyond Pell and Texas aid, UT may seem stingy.
