Note that I ran most of these college through NPC and I can afford these OOS tuition bills.

No APs/honors is gonna hurt you, but you have a decent chance for most of the universities because of your minority status.

Btw what is your class rank?

Minority only go so far. The schools that you have chosen are still schools that except top students. I would look at some easier schools as well just as if you safeties. Kansas State University for a sample, take 99% of their applicants and their rank very high. Washington State University is also a great school that accepts over 70% of the applicants. If you raise your AC T scores into the 30s and have stellar, and I mean absolutely stellar extracurriculars, you will have a chance at all. However, these are still reaches for your stats even though you have a minority status. And it sounds like your minority status doesn’t matter very much because you can afford all of these out-of-state tuition bills. Be careful man, apply to some easier schools.

These extracurriculars are okay. However, you should definitely make sure that you also have outstanding recommendations.

I forgot to mention that my HS doesn’t rank and I took all honors classes and AP bio
