I was wondering what colleges see on the final report aside from guidance counselor comments (do they get a final transcript with just our year grades or do they get all of our quarter grades?). I'm wondering because I did really badly on a math test (probably D range), not because of senioritis, just because it was a very hard test and I had a bad testing day as we all do on occasion. I'm just not sure how far I'll be able to pull it up with only a few tests a quarter. This won't get me rescinded, will it?

All of my grades in other classes are still A's and I've had a good average in this class all year (good enough that I'll stay at least in the B range for my year grade even with a bad quarter).

They see whatever your high school sends. Some high schools put only final grades on the transcript, some put midyear grades and some put quarter grades.

If you end up with a B or B- for the year, you're unlikely to get rescinded.

Any more opinions? This is really scaring me. I should be fine with all A's and this one bad grade, right? Especially if my other quarter grades balance it out to B-range for the year?

If your school is like mine, they only put final grades on the transcript (and I believe that is all colleges receive, not report cards), so you should be fine. Of course, it all depends on the school.
