Hello,
I have all my stuff ready to send. My only concern is that it'll get lost in the mail, as silly as it sounds. I want to fax, but faxing seems so expensive. Does anyone know any cheap places to fax? Also, if I were to email about the documents, would they tell me if they were received? The FAQ about it seems to pertain more to those mass emails sent when they have everything.
Maybe I'm just worrying too much.

Thanks for the replies! Here's to the scholarship :)

if you send it in now, wait 7-10 days, and then call GM and ask if it has been received. This is snail mail btw, if you send via fax, wait 48 hours, and then call and ask.

But the thing is, if you do it early, and you call in 2 weeks after, and they don’t have it, you still have time to resend everything.

Hmm, that’s true. I did the math and faxing isn’t too much, especially in the long run (if I am lucky enough to be picked). To Kinkos! (it’ll only be about 15 bucks. not too bad I guess)

Thank you :)

@ Toasty, Hey I’m a finalist too and I was wondering for the unweighted GPA form did you have two separate person fill it out? Like the guidance counselor is the person to fill out the GPA part and your principle as the person who signs it? Since it requires an administrator’s signature.

ooh yes i would like to know the answer to that as well. Except I already had my counselor fill it out, AND sign it, but hopefully it’s fine, because it’s not like they would check with each principal?

My counselor put the gpa and signed it. I figure it doesn’t matter as he is somewhat an administrator. Besides, it’s not as if most counselors would lie, I don’t think. Lol
Even if there was a gpa discrepancy, they have your transcript and can calculate the gpa themselves
