<p>Uhhhhhhh, well... for a quick answer... </p>
<p>Finance is generally more broad, compared to Accounting... People who wanna be "I-bankers" generally do undergrad Finance, but landing that "cool" I-banking job after graduation depends.... GPA, personality, etc.</p>
<p>Aren't the rest just getting MBA's like there's no tomorrow?</p>
<p>Anyway...people who at least major in Accounting alone (B.S. in Accountancy, or B.S. in BA w/ Accounting option) are probably better prepared and have a greater desire for working in actual Accounting, like being a staff accountant for a public accounting firm.</p>
