What are you talking about? There’s plenty of finance and accounting courses in ivy leagues and top ten business schools.

What are you talking about gotmilk? Only one university in the whole Ivy League has an undergraduate business school, and that is University of Pennsylvania/Wharton. All the rest only have graduate business schools.

andaluza,
The people in those schools who are planning on getting jobs without influencial connections from wealthy parents will study something quantitative (computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, or some natural/physical science).

Serious101, he said courses not business schools. There are plenty of courses in finance and accounting courses.

^^ actually, he said “course”, which probably means a degree program.

Well with the English he he wrote and the misspellings, you can never be too sure on what he meant. For all we know, he could have forgotten to put the s.

Besides “Ive”, what else did he spell wrong? He abbreviated a few things, which is common on the internet but that was all.

accouting…

course, instead of courses. He/she is probably foreign like me :)

BTW, the majority of those people are studying economics, for it is the most business related major that Ivy schools offer.

My two cents is that andaluza meant individual “courses” and that he wasn’t referring to majors.

@andaluza - Can you clarify your question for us?

Serious101, you do know that Cornell has an undergrad business program–AEM. Wharton and AEM are the only two undergrad business programs in the Ivy League.

People study whatever they want to study. There are hundreds of majors. You pick and choose.

I meant degree. I know there’s Warthon and another one altough i dont remember the name now.

I’ll defend gotmilk on this one, guy was not clear at all.
