I am from the west coast in California and after being rejected from berkeley and la I feel my best options would be in the east coast. I am having a difficult time picking between these schools. I am aware that Carnegie and NYU would have a better program, but would the fact that Cornell is an ivy help me in the long run because of its prestige. I would like to know the pros and cons of each school and which do you think would be the best option for a finance type major.

bumppppppp

Is Johnson the same as AEM? From what I’ve read on CC, probably Cornell or NYU.

Yes they are the same. I have been leaning towards Cornell and NYU’s financial aid seems pretty bad so I guess Cornell would seem the best

I think from what I’ve read Cornell does a pretty good job in placing students in finance job. The key thing is to get really high GPA. I’ve heard one mom said her daughter got really high GPA from AEM. Try to visit the investment banking forum on CC for more information.

alright thanks
