finance + information systems OR comp sci/math minor

Right now I can declare either a double major in finance and information systems OR do a cs/math joint minor. Which would be the best to do if i decide to pursue a software development/programming career in the future if i decide against a career in finance?

Even though information systems is technically another major, I'm concerned that the name won't look technical/mathematical enough for employers to recognize my programming/technical skills. On the other hand, a comp sci/math minor is only a minor, even though the name of the minor sounds more technical.

I would probably go with the minor (because "information systems" tends to get you pigeonholed as a sysadmin or other IT department person, rather than as a developer). But if you can double major, why don't you just take CS or math as your second major, instead of information systems?

What are the advantages of a finance major?? May I ask you psprulez, what are your job placement goals after undergrad??
You may not be handling a technical job right? but rather a finance related job...

Why is this different to a MBA later on??
