Finance major - Should I consider Seattle University's Albers School?

PLEASE - Only if you know anything about Albers school or attended it should you help out. (at least not a tad)

I am currently studying in a Seattle community college and for some reasons I prefer to just stay in Seattle area until I graduate. The thing is, only UW Foster and SU Albers are my choices for Seattle area (please don’t recommend me other schools in UW state), otherwise I have to go for OOS schools. I am an international student, so I am preferring to stay not for the in-state tuition but just convenience.

I’ve been hearing good things about SU Alber’s reputation in their finance program, and their undergrad financ is placed at #16 according to U.S. news, though idk if it is reliable enough of a source. Their transfer scholarship is also a major consideration for me. I mean, private school means smaller classes and more emphasis on students, also been hearing that it might be easier to get internships or jobs post-grad from a private school?

Thing is, their overall rank is kinda very low, and is incomparable to UW. Though I don’t know if Business is the best major in UW, I still wouldn’t question Foster’s quality through UW’s reputation after all.

I would really appreciate honest and unbiased answers, if you can share your or someone else’s experience after attending Albers or anything. Just tell me whatever you think about Albers’ finance program!
