Finance?

So I am currently a junior with around a 3.4-3.5 cumulative gpa. I just started working as a FSR (Financial Sales Rep.) At a brand new headquarters bank. I am majoring in finance and am hoping this will be great for the resume.
I am wondering what kind of jobs my life can lead to (so far I am loving transactions, loans, working with people and running various operations throughout the bank. it is a lot to take in at first but they said im progressing faster than everybody else they trained. (Working 25 hrs a week + 12 credit hours)

So I am just curious
1) what kind ofjobs might i be way aplicable for and year end salalries for that position? is it secure? room to work up the ladder?
2) am i off to a good start?
3) any other advice or anything that might help me in the long run let me know,

Thanks

Having just started and not having a degree I would suggest:

1) Focus on getting that degree; best money ever spent.

2) Network your butt off; get to know those around you that you think might be willing or able to help you out in the future. Be sincere in your approach and become friends.

3) Give the job time; novelty of a job generally wears off in 6 months to a year. If after a year you find youself still loving it figure out what will prevent you from climbing the coporate ladder, get help from your network, and take appropriate steps. If you find that you don't like the position or what the job requires of you think about moving on, not necessarily up.
