Is your ability to pay/efc a factor when being considered for admissions? (applied ED1)
My son applied ED2 and I was also concerned about the impact of financial need on acceptance because GWU is need aware. The admissions representative we had spoken with indicated that there would most likely only be an impact if the student’s financial need was great and the profile was borderline. My son did not qualify for need based aid and had strong credentials and so we went ahead with the ED2 application. Hope that helps!
