Hello everyone, it’s my first post so I don’t know much about this website. Anyway, I applied to Wharton and I indicated on my CommonApp application that I will be applying for financial aid. The problem is that I just discovered that the University is “need-aware” and my financial condition can affect their decision. So my question is how can I change my CommonApp application after I submitted it so I would say “no” for the financial aid part?

I think you can change that on the Penn portal – during the ED round you could. If you haven’t received login info for the penn portal yet you probably will soon. I think Penn is only need aware for international applicants.
if you need financial aid to be able to attend, than apply for it. If you’re an international student, yes your chances are diminished but getting in and not being able to afford it is even worst.
