<p>From my research on cc and reading what other UCSD students have said, I gather that you have to be enrolled (not wait listed) in at least 12 units before September 17 for financial gift aid to be applied to your account. Is that true? I'm looking at my account details and it only says that my subsidized loans have been applied to my account.</p>
<p>Should I drop a class that I actually want to take and am pretty low on the wait list, and add an open class that I’ll end up dropping later instead just to satisfy the 12 unit requirement?</p>
