I was offered $10,000 as an Entrance Bursary, which was the only form of financial aid you could request... However, I heard that it is only for your first year and on the remaining years you would have to apply for an In-Course Bursary?

However, this is very important in my decision to go to McGill because it wouldn't make sense to rely on this aid which will only be for my first year. If I was already awarded that $10,000 on the Entrance Bursary, how likely is it that I will get the same amount as an In-Course Bursary?

I don't know, I would just like some kind of assurance that I will be able to get some money because it is no use to me if I am only going to get aid on my first year and not the rest. Should I be worried I might have to transfer? Is there any way to be secure that I will get something? I have to decide by May 1st and this is the only thing holding me back right now!
