Financial Aid for an international transfer student (Urging you to respond quickly)

Hey Hey,
My friend is an international student who is studying in one of the best community colleges in the US. He has a GPA of roughly 4.0 and he is trying to have some financial aid after transferring to another university.
The problem is that the universities’ policies are not quite clear with offering aid to international transfer students.
Does anyone of you have a list of schools that offer financial aid (even little amounts) to international transfer students?
P.S: He’s majoring in business

Please respond quickly
Thanks in advance.

I think you got me wrong. My friend has an F-1 VISA so that makes his stay in the US legal.

International student financial aid isn’t always easy to come by. Transfer financial aid isn’t easy to come by. Combine the two, and your friend has issues.

How much can he pay each year for college? Anything?

What is the rush? Does he want to transfer for September?

Are you saying he already transferred to a new university…and is NOW trying to find a way to fund it?

Perhaps he can get funding from his native country.

If he is currently completing his studies at his CC, he should meet with the Transfer Advisor there. That person’s whole job is to help students transfer to good places. If anyone is likely to know where his 4.0 can help him get in with scholarship money, it would be the Transfer Advisor.

@happymomof1 That’s what I told him  Thanks for the advice.

Anybody else with further information?

@thumper1 He is still studying at the CC for another year. And the problem is that our country doesn’t offer financial aid for undergraduate

@thumper1 I don’t know exactly how much is he willing to pay but any financial assisstance is welcomed  He still have time ahead but I want to make a list of universities for him so that we can tackle different application components.
