<p>does Smith offer fin aid for international student?
Although ive lived here for 7yrs, i have to apply as an international because i have a citizenship in other country.
i am interested in applying ED but would it kill my chance if i ask for fin aid?</p>
<p>I know they have financial aid for international students but no idea how it works. The only problem I believe there is with applying ED if you need financial aid is you can't compare offers from different schools. I would give Smith financial services or admissions office a call in a few weeks (when they are done sorting out next year's class) and they are usually pretty helpful. Good luck.</p>
<p>Yes they offer need based aid as well as scholarships (like the SIS) to intls. And I have to say the aid is pretty good too. So is Mt Holyoke's :)</p>
