Financial Aid for International Student

Hi all!
I just received my acceptance for Stanford and I am over the moon about it. However, I am no longer able to afford the school fees so there is an unfortunate chance that I may not be able to attend. I know that Stanford only grants financial aid to those who applied but is there any way at all that I can receive the financial aid I need? I have tried look for scholarships but that is quite difficult as an international student and now I am just desperate! Thank you in advance for your help!

For international students, if you applied for admission without financial aid, you are ineligible for financial aid for your entire time at Stanford. Unfortunately, they still haven’t established need-based aid for all international students, but that’s why they state this to all international applicants.
Hope you will be able to work something out!

Thank you for your response! Yes, I was aware of this policy. However, when I applied, I did not think I needed financial aid. However, due to some changes in my familial circumstances, attending Stanford without financial aid is no longer financially feasible. Do you know of any other way that I can obtain the funds to attend?

get a job?
not many accept international students, but you can try
