Financial Aid for International Students at University of Rochester

<p>Hi !
I'm a Vietnamese student who is going into Junior year at an American High School. I want to major in Neuroscience with a minor in chemical engineering and I've found a college that I really like: University of Rochester. However, it's tuition and fees are staggering compared to my parent's income in Vietnam ($7000). Are there any financial aid programs/ scholarships at Rochester for international students ? I read on the school website that they didn't provide any, but I've read on some forums that they do. Also, what are some scholarships for international students in the U.S. that cover a significant amount of tuition ? What are their requirements ?</p>

<p>Here are some of my stats. Please chance me:
9: 4.2 weighted - 4.0 unweighted GPA, AP Biology: A, 5
10: 4 Honors classes, 4.21 GPA, 3.95 unweighted.
I plan on taking 4 APs this year: Calc BC, Chemistry, Psychology and English Language.</p>

<p>My extracurriculars:
FIRST Robotics team 2914 (We won a regional in 2012)
National Oceanography bowl team (Treasurer)
Math club
Math tutoring every day at my school
Media club</p>

<p>I'm also working on my own project (Bringing the FIRST program to Vietnam)</p>
