University of Rochester Merit Aid

I have been looking into University of Rochester, and I am really interested in this school, it sounds like a perfect fit for me! Obviously it is a VERY expensive school, at around $60,000 total package. Their website is very vague about scholarship opportunities, so I have no idea if this school has a chance of actually being affordable. I am a female hispanic pursuing an engineering degree, if you think that might help me. I'm asking about purely merit-based scholarships.

My stats are:
GPA: 4.375
SAT: Reading(780), Math(750), Writing(690), Composite(2220)
ACT: 34 composite
In top 1%-2% of graduating class (class of 500)
In line for NMF and NHRP (I won't know for sure until the fall)

Thank you!

Try its NPC http://enrollment.rochester.edu/financial-aid/estimator/

Run the Net Price Calculator to see what it suggests. Unless they give specific criteria for merit, it is given on a limited basis and you have to apply to find out.

Actually, URochester also has a handy little merit aid estimator:

Hmm. Doesn’t seem to work.

However, they’re actually pretty honest about how the merit aid packages are put together:

Rochester is pretty generous with merit aid.
