<p>I'm from India and would like to pursue my undergraduate degree in the USA. Which institutions offer aid to international students in the form of loans, etc? </p>
<p>I'm not talking of only the 'elite' institutions. Are there (m)any state universities that offer aid based on need?</p>
<p>It would be amazing if I received an answer. </p>

<p>State univs do not give need-based aid to int’ls. There are some that will give some merit-based aid. What are your stats?</p>

<p>Loans for int’ls? I don’t think there are any that give loans, or at least ones of any decent size because they’re too risky. The int’l would return to their home country and the school wouldn’t be able to collect. Int’ls usually have to have an AMERICAN co-signer to get loans here. </p>
