I am a twin. My grades are okay, while my twin's grade are lower. If we go to different colleges, will we get some kind of financial aid? What if we go to the same college, then do we get financial aid? Right now, I'm aiming for a well-known school, even though my grades are okay, but my twin's grades are lower. So I was wondering is twins get any financial aid.

It depends on your parents income and assets.

With 2 in school (doesn’t matter if the 2 are twins or not) at the same time the parent EFC is divided between the 2. Whether that makes you eligible for aid will depend on the parents financial situation.

What schools are these?

Your aid will depend on whether the school has much to give (many schools do NOT have much aid to give), your parents’ income/assets, and sometimes your grades and test scores (since some schools give more FA to those with higher stats).

Be sure that both you and your twin apply to some financial safety schools.
