Financial Aid Help!!!

Ok, i have been accepted ED and haven't applied to any other universities/colleges cuz the ED is binding. But my parents are I are just wondering how this "financial aid package" will be and SHOULD I apply to other universities????????? im so confused. Does ED mean no matter how the financial aid turns out I HAVE to go?? and how is this enforced, like i wont get accepted anywhere else?

I live in Canada and its not gona arrive b4 the deadline for apps to other universities. PLZ REPLY FAST!!!!

I believe you would be required to go to Cornell...this is one of the disadvantages of ED for students needing financial aid.

anyone else?

but it says on the agreement u may not go if the financial aid suks. Would this happen considering that Cornell has join statement with Ivy League to allow all accepted applicants to attend.

If your parents are unwilling to pay the EFC, you can probably negotiate with Cornell to get more loans so that you'll be able to attend.

ED is binding......you have to go. U can't apply to any other universities. Like norcal said, contact Cornell if ur parents can't pay. However, if they can, but u just want more financial aid, i dont think that will happen.
