financial aid if accepted off waitlist?

<p>I've been waitlisted to UVA, but am trying to stay hopeful about possible future acceptance. Do students who have been accepted off of the waitlist get the same financial aid considerations?</p>

<p>I've heard that some other schools don't offer financial aid at all for waitlisted acceptances, which would mean that I can't attend the school no matter what because of finances...</p>

<p>Financial aid will package students on the waiting list who get offers. I think it’s probably important to have all your documents submitted so they can move quickly if you are offered a spot in the class.</p>

<p>Contact the aid folks if you have more questions…our offices are separate and I’m not a financial aid authority.</p>
