Are all of these financial aid letters coming in just for those who applied for FA or does it come to everyone admitted to Pitt? I didn’t apply for financial aid (did get a full scholarship so I doubt they’ll add any more $ to that) and I’m wondering if I should be expecting something in the mail soon. It’d be really nice to see more literature pertaining to paying for college (as the COA section of Pitt’s site is lacking).

only to those who applied for need-based aid ie filed the FAFSA

nhdmaniac: if you didn’t apply for FA (submit a FAFSA) then you won’t a FA letter from Pitt. The full tuition scholarship covers the tuition so you can estimate how much you will have to pay (fees, books, room & board and extra spending $) based on the info for this year. Prices may go up once they announce for 2014-2015 (they usually do, I believe it went up every year DS was at Pitt). Of course, if your scholarship is a full ride, then everything is covered except for the spending money :)
