<p>I called the financial aid office and waited for 30 minutes yesterday at 3:30 pm, how long does it takes for them to pick up the phone?
By the way, has anyone not recieved their FA yet?</p>
<p>I’m in the same position but I called today and someone picked up (after 20 minutes).
They just told me to call someone else…uhhh frustrating!</p>
<p>FA arrived this morning. all is well finally. when we called FA last week, it took forever for a human to pick up the phone - so just plan on having something to eat, drink and read while you wait. hope y’all get things worked out soon. yes it is so frustrating.</p>

<p>had the same problem…graduated from ncssm in 2006 and wanted to see if tuition grant is still applicable…</p>
