<p>Most colleges have a deadline of May 1st to accept or decline. I was wondering if they send out financial aid packages before that day because i want to see all the colleges i applied to and how much money i have or will get for each college. or do they send it after the deadline?</p>
<p>As far as I know, colleges send out the fin aid packages before the deadline. It wouldn’t make sense any other way.</p>
<p>When my daughter applied last year she received all of her financial aid packages in March.</p>
<p>Normally the financial aid package will come with the acceptance letter, but sometimes it comes a a few days later. Of course, this assumes that you met the school’s deadlines about getting your financial info to them.</p>
<p>The schools know that you can’t make an informed decision about where to attend unless you know how much it is going to cost you.</p>
