So up $2,118 for this upcoming year.

Fabulous. -____-

and you need to expect that tuition, fees, room & board, etc will continue to go up in cost during each year of attendence.

So 5% raise in cost. Yes, I’m sure it will go up every year. Roger Williams has frozen prices for all 4 years at 2012-2013 priced with the class going in in the fall of 2013.

Did any OOS get both grant money and the $15000 scholarship?

Just grant money here.

That is really the awful part people forget. Tuition almost never goes down! LOL With my first daughter her tuition rose 10K in 4 years! Public universities raise tuition yearly whereas some private schools do it in 3 or 5 year increments. At least it doesn’t seem as bad…Some of these public universities for OOS are getting up there closing in on 40K and often with fewer scholarships. Thats starting to come close to private school costs! Another thing not to forget is if you don’t have acceptable healthcare (or your parents lose their job) you will have to buy it from the college and that is expensive. Everything is so expensive these days.

I’m OOS with just the $15k. My parents make a solid amount of money, but considering all of our other expenses and my two younger siblings, I thought I would get SOME grant money…
