Financial Aid Portal Says A Document I Didn't Send In Is Recieved

Hi, so when I check my college portal, it’s has the IRS tax transcript listed as received for a while now, but I don’t remember sending it it. It’s weird because I just got told that I needed to send in my verification documents recently, yet the tax transcript has been listed as recieved on the portal way before then.

You might want to check with them, but yes, that might be the reason.
